Watchmen

Well fans, Watchmen the movie has arrived and arrived with a story so compelling that it invokes thought unlike no other on the basis and existence of mankind as a whole. Never before has a comic made movie encompass the entire spectrum of man from environment to psyche. Right from the opening we knew this movie was going to be monumental.

Beware parents; this is no superhero movie for the kiddies. Full of sexual innuendo, content, and the glorious nudity of sexy Malin Akerman starring as Silk Spectre II.

While at times this movie leans towards a drama, the movie is full of cinematics and breathtaking visuals unfolding a universe that we are all too familiar with. From war to politics, and family issues. This masterpiece leaves no topic unturned in today's society.

We must say, however that our favorite character is that throaty Rorschach played by Jackie Haley. Haley acted his ass off for this role. From narration throughout the movie and to Haley as an acting marvel. Showing Rorschachs evolution from crime fighter to the emotional breaking point of who he has become by the end of the movie. Nothing will stop Rorschach from doing what must be done, what must be done for what is right and just and that fans is where Haley made the movie amazing, for in the end his eyes, facial expressions, and emotion are broadcasted from the screen to your inner core. Well done Haley, well done, you stole the show!

Should you see this movie? Hell yes! Be forewarned though; do NOT drink a lot of sodas on this one for it is easily three hours long. Can you say bladder control?!
