2009 was an interesting year for women all around the world. One female in particular made a big jump to the number one spot this year and held on to that lead due to a great and loyal fan base (scroll down to see who).

Throughout the year, fans uploaded and recommended their favorite female photo content, then they voted for both the hottest females on Top 99 Women as well as on their favorite individual female photo.
