VOTING

Q: When is the final list of winners calculated and announced?

A: The annual final tally is calculated and presented in January. After which the votes are cleared out, and a new year long round of voting begins.

Q: How do I vote?

A: You may vote by simply clicking on the "Vote" link in the red circle next to the person you are voting for. The vote is added to the females total vote count, and the overall current result is presented as a percentage of the current overall votes site-wide at that moment. Because of this the percentage of votes cast for a female will fluctuate from moment to moment.

Q: How many times can I vote?

A: You may vote once per hour per candidate with a couple of additional perks for members.
     Anonymous Voting:

•        Each vote is counted once
•        Anonymous visitors do not earn site interactivity points

    Member Voting:

•        Each vote is counted twice
•        Members earn site interactivity points which may earn them special prizes 

Q: Why is the percent vote value going down for my favorite female?

A: The percent vote value is based upon the percent of votes cast for that particular female in comparison to all the votes for the other females sitewide. For example, as vote counts are added to females total vote count sitewide, the overall current result is presented as a percentage of the current overall votes site-wide at that moment. Because of this, the percentage of votes cast for a female will fluctuate from moment to moment as more people vote for another female on the site. 

Q: How does a female make the Top 99 List?

A: Visitors nominate, upload photos, and vote daily for their favorite females. At the end of the year votes are tallied with ninety-nine of the most voted females making the list. The most voted female earns her place as the number one most voted woman of that year.

Q: How did a particular female make the list or number one spot?

A: Individuals, like you, voted for their favorite female throughout a given year. An individual may vote on a particular female for various reasons such as being a spokes person for change, beauty, charisma, sex appeal, personality, or any other personal reason. If you would like another female to place or win, simply Submit a Nomination if one doesn't exist, upload photos, and vote.

Q: What sets this site apart from other list ranking sites?

A: This site focuses on an international fan base that participates by nominating, voting, and uploading content of their favorite female which helps to promote the female whether she is internationally known or known only to her local region. This, in turn, broadens the horizons of our visitors and promotes the female thus helping to expand her fan base. 

Q: Is this site associated with Askmen?

A: No, this site is not associated with Askmen.

Q: Is this site owned or operated by any of the females listed?

A: No. Top 99 Women is independently operated.

Q: How does a female make the front page?

A: Front page listing is dynamic. It is not based solely on vote count but upon visitor interactivity. Interactivity is based upon recent vote activity, recent visits, and recent comments. Over time if there is little or no interactivity for a particular female, she will move toward the last page of the site. This allows fair rotation of female nominees based on visitor fan base.

Q: Does the Top 10 Women section list the winners?

A: No, the Top 10 Women section simply displays the current estimated ranking of the female to date of the current voting year. It is intended to allow rallying of votes to fire up visitors and members to get their votes in and possibly change the outcome before the final tally is calculated and presented in January.
